Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, business name (optional), project type, budget range (optional), and the message you write.
• Quote estimator. Your name, email address, business name (optional), the service you select, and the options you choose to build your estimate.
• Technical data. Basic request information such as your IP address, which we use only to protect our forms from spam and abuse (see Rate limiting below).

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project.
• To prepare and send the estimate you requested.
• To protect our forms against spam, fraud, and abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or automated profiling.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this website:

• Resend — delivers the emails generated by our contact and quote forms. See Resend’s privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes web requests. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

These providers process your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy commitments.

Rate limiting

To keep our forms working and within our email provider’s limits, we temporarily record the number of submissions from an IP address. This data is held briefly in memory and is not used to identify you.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and estimate emails for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at arcfoundrygrowth@gmail.com and we’ll respond promptly.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and keeping credentials out of our public code. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
