Coach RaffanDigital products · course + supplier
Coach Raffan sells a complete system for running an NFC Google-review-card business: a programming course, a supplier connection, and a sales playbook. Selling a digital method is a trust problem before it is a design problem. Nothing ships, so the entire purchase rests on whether the buyer believes it works.

The challenge
What we were solving.
A digital info-product has no physical proof. The buyer cannot hold it, and the price has to feel justified against a course they have never seen. On top of that, the audience is international and price-sensitive. The store had to build authority fast, make the offer legible, and remove friction for buyers in different countries.
The approach
How we built it.
Social proof as the spine
A dedicated testimonials wall runs real student results, the screenshots and messages from people running the method. For a digital product this is not decoration, it is the core of the sales argument, so it gets real space rather than a stray quote.
Tiered offers, clearly staged
The catalogue is structured as a ladder: a low-cost programming mini course to get started, the full setup plus supplier plus sales system as the main offer, and a supplier-only option with no minimum. Each tier is priced and framed so the buyer can immediately see which one they are.
A premium feel that carries the price
The dark gold-on-black design and starfield treatment give a digital product the weight it needs to justify its price. Sale pricing is shown against the anchor so the value is explicit rather than assumed.
Built for international buyers
Multi-currency and on-page translation mean a buyer outside Canada sees prices and copy that make sense to them, removing the quiet friction that loses cross-border sales.

What we built
Under the hood.
Digital-access products
Instant-delivery items with no shipping, sold as digital access.
Tiered offer architecture
Mini course, full system, and supplier-only, staged as a clear ladder.
Testimonials wall
Real student results given dedicated space as the primary proof.
Multi-currency + translation
Prices and copy that adapt for international, price-sensitive buyers.
Going deeper
The commerce thinking.
Selling trust, not objects
With a physical product, the item does some of the selling. With a digital method, the store has to do all of it. That shifts the whole build toward proof and clarity: who has done this, what exactly you get, and what it costs against what it is worth. Get those three right and the sale follows. Get them vague and no amount of design saves it.
Why tiering matters here
A single price point forces every visitor into one yes-or-no decision. A ladder lets a hesitant buyer start small and a convinced buyer go straight to the full system, and it gives the supplier-only customer a path that suits them. More doorways in means more buyers through, as long as each tier is honestly distinct rather than the same thing repriced.
