AI Chat Assistants

AI assistants thatearn their keep.

Most website chatbots are irritating. They pop up unprompted, they cannot answer anything real, and they exist mainly so somebody could put "AI-powered" on a slide. The narrow case where they genuinely pay for themselves is specific: enquiries arriving when nobody is there to answer, and the same handful of questions being asked over and over. A chat assistant that knows your services, hours, pricing, and process can answer those at 11pm, qualify the lead, and email it to you before the person has moved on to your competitor.

What you get

Included.

  • Assistant trained on your services, pricing, hours, and process
  • After-hours lead capture, qualified and emailed to you
  • Handoff to a human when the question exceeds what it should answer
  • Honest scoping of what it will and will not attempt to answer

Add-on to any website build

$100

one-time setup during the launch offer (normally $200), plus $50/month

See the full pricing breakdown for add-ons and retainer detail.

When to skip this

This is notalways the right call.

If you answer your phone during business hours and get a handful of enquiries a week, a chatbot is a solution looking for a problem. It earns its keep on volume and on after-hours traffic. Below that, save the $50/month.

FAQ

Questions,answered straight.

Will it make things up about my business?

It is constrained to what we give it and instructed to hand off rather than guess. That reduces the risk substantially, it does not eliminate it. Any vendor telling you their chatbot cannot ever be wrong is overselling. We scope it narrowly for exactly this reason.

Can it book appointments?

Yes, paired with the custom appointment system, which is $150 up front plus $75/month. Together they can qualify an enquiry and put it straight in your calendar.

Do I need this?

Probably not, honestly. It is worth it if you are losing after-hours enquiries or drowning in repetitive questions. If neither is true, skip it.
