ION RenovationsToronto design-build studio
ION Renovations is a Toronto design-build studio handling decks, basements, concrete, and interior finishing. Renovation is a five-figure trust purchase, so the site had one job: prove the work is real and make requesting a quote effortless.

The challenge
What we were solving.
A homeowner comparing three contractors decides largely before anyone picks up the phone. The old presence gave them nothing to judge: no visible portfolio, no easy way to enquire, and nothing structured for someone searching "basement renovation Toronto". We needed the work and the quote path to be the first things a visitor met, not a buried gallery and a footer contact form.
The approach
How we built it.
Quote form in the hero, not the footer
The lead capture form sits in the hero on the first screen, with a no-obligation, one-business-day reply promise next to it. A homeowner ready to enquire never has to scroll or hunt. Tap-to-call is one tap away for the ones who would rather talk.
Real projects as the proof
The services section pairs each capability, decks, basements, concrete pads, hardwood and tiling, with actual project photography rather than stock imagery. Real completed work is the entire sales argument in this category, so it leads.
Structured for local search
Each service is written and marked up so it can rank for the specific search it maps to, and the whole site is built to support a Google Business Profile rather than compete with it.

What we built
Under the hood.
Hero lead-capture form
Full quote request above the fold with service dropdown and project detail field.
Project photography
Service cards backed by real completed work, not stock.
Tap-to-call
Phone number one tap away on every screen for high-intent visitors.
Local SEO foundation
Per-service structure and markup built to rank in GTA renovation searches.
