Website Design & Development

Custom websites.Built, not templated.

Most small business websites are a theme somebody bought, filled in, and abandoned. They load slowly because they carry code for features you never use, they look like the other four hundred businesses running the same theme, and they are hard to change because the person who set them up is long gone. We build from a blank canvas in Next.js, which takes more work up front and produces a site that is faster, genuinely yours, and maintainable by any developer afterwards.

When to skip this

This is notalways the right call.

If you need a five-page brochure site live next week and budget is the binding constraint, Squarespace will do that honestly and cheaply, and you do not need us. Custom is worth it when the site has to perform, rank, or do something a template cannot.

FAQ

Questions,answered straight.

Why Next.js instead of WordPress?

Speed and maintenance. WordPress is fine and it runs a large share of the web, but a typical WordPress build accumulates plugins that each cost load time and become a security surface. Next.js sites are static where they can be, which makes them fast by default and far harder to break.

What is included for $250?

Three fully custom pages, the lead capture system, mobile build, SEO foundations, and analytics setup. Additional pages are $75 each during the offer. The $50/month retainer covers hosting, updates, security, and small changes, with the first 30 days free and the rate locked for 12 months.

Do I own the site?

Yes, entirely. You get the repository. No proprietary platform, no hostage situation if you decide to work with someone else later.

How long does a build take?

Three to six weeks for most small business sites. The build is rarely the bottleneck. Gathering your content and photos usually is.
